I think they created that longer time to wait because of members mostly post payment proofs. Well i just wonder which have more posts in the hyip payment proofs or hyip discussion. This site is running since 2008. So how come you say its a new forum? Try to check the site first before making a post. Because your post can be consider a spam post for saying its a new forum when in fact its an old forum. Problem is that they don't know that they don't get paid. their threads is not been deleted but does who reply on that thread does not earn also. Although its frustrate me to think that this month of february I slow down to the point that I have 80 dollars loss revenue because of slow down in online activity.
