The reason can be basically anything, and especially something that doesn't seem to make sense to end users, but if it's legla thing, then there's not that much that they can do about it. Well, i also don't have any sources of Paypal funds right now but i will start looking for some site because i am enjoying the transfer thru bank. I'm also hoping to have more funds in paypal as I really a hard time finding paypal funds in forums. I only get mostly in the PTC and other Get paid to sites. The main reason for this is the fact that they do not cut off any fees on local bank withdrawals of paypal funds which is great to know. The transaction fees are not much either at Paypal. I myself had to create one as I didn't had it. It took about 2 complete months for me to apply for it and receive it. Finally, I was able to add my PAN card to my paypal account and my paypal account is back working well and without any problems whatsoever. Seems you are saving funds first before you make a withdrawal perhaps to save from the fees especially when you withdraw more than 7k php. you have no 50 php to shoulder. At first i'm in doubt but as long as it is not 2000 dollars, Paypal won't do something, limiting or anything like that.
