I also prefer forex. Because you can some handsome money. And you your self can work and earn profit. But on the other hand HYIP is more risky because you are depending on another person and most probably they can turn scam. so you simply loose your investment.

@hyipreviewblog Well you don't want to trade everyday to gain profit. when every you identify a good signal which will give 30- 40 pips i thjink that is more than enough. It is better than investing in HYIPs which gives you a small commission. @ hyipreviewblog to make profits in forex you don't need a big investment. you can open micro account/ cents account in which you can trade for cents. So that way you can start with a small investment. But your profits and depends on pip and the lot size you will earn less than a big investment (they can open large lots)

Well this forem is ment to forex traders. I have learn a lot from the forum in fact i started trading with the knowledge a acquire fro the forum nigeria and MT5 forum (Both are forex forums). I started trading with bonus given by forum nigeria. Best and most valuable thing you can earn at forum nigeria is knowledge to become a successful forex trader.

I have use their practice account. I think it is not the best broker. They don't even support meta trader. It is very difficult to trade with out charts and indicators which is not provided by etoro. And the response time is also very poor. Site some times get stuck when trying place the orders. They are spending lot of money on advertising . I think that is how they became popular. But they provide very simple and very user friendly GUI platform .

@andry777 Many experts use demo accounts to test their new EAs. When ever they create or buy one they use Demo account as their test terminal. @Nikhil Yes that is true. In real time servers are bit slow due to large number of using it. Tend to disconnect or the terminal get busy.

Well is it really true? Because if your are lossing that means another person is profiting that amount . I don't think your broker can get that money. But for sure they will earn from the spread. so i think they want you to succeed and make many trades as possible.

I'm also new to forex. What i did was i practice with the demo accounts for two - three months with the brokers i was intended to invest. So it allowed me to test their platforms too. So during my practice period i learn technical analysis and try to identify the best combination of indicators so that i can identify trends correctly. Joined some forex discussions forums and learned from the experts. There are lot of ebooks available. you should read then and should learn both technical analysis and and candlestick patterns.

You can not loose more than what ever you deposited. Because that amount will initially going from your brokers pocket which they will never do.What will happen is that if your margin is equal to the your portfolio value or your equity broker will automatically close the trade. Therefore you will not lose more than what you invest. But to avoid any such situation never use high leverage like 1:500 or 1:1000. if a trade did not go your way it will be disastrous.

In my country forex is not taught in school. Lot of people doesn't even know. I think teaching forex in schools is a very good idea for advanced students. I think in western countries many people aware of forex but in eastern countries lit my country(sri lanka) people doesn't know about this. I think a new person should have a fair knowledge in technical analysis. (Chart patterns and indicators).

You can identify over bought and oversold situation using RSI. When ever RSI>70 is overbought and RSI<30 is oversold. Ideal to buy when the RSI line cross the RSI 30 level from below . RSI divergence and convergence is also used to identify reversals in trend. When the RSI is converging it means trend can change from bullish to bearish. Similarly when the RSI is diverging it means trend can change from sell to buy

My trades are also based on technical analysis. All the news and fundamental data are represented in the trend. So I'm following the trend.
