We would have better understanding of what we have learned when we were able to get lots of experience which we can have when we always trying to trade as often. Our knowledge will have evidence or support on the experience we gained. Because, we don't just learn by reading we need evaluation or application of those particularly in the technology like technical stuffs and in forex that will be in the trading platform. Many brokers provide this for free to their traders to ensure that they get the benefit of this practice and have a better chance of being successful in their trading. StillAlive Posted September 18, 2013 Share Posted September 18, 2013 If you are serious in demo account then your chance to get profit there is higher and you also can trade with big amount there, so far i see that demo account is a good place for us to learn and trade too, sometimes join contest also can be a good place for people to earn from demo account while also practice. And the next thing also, we can try to use the free money, like from the forum or from the broker's bonus to open the real account to trade on Forex here. Of course, the only way to make real money is to practice as much as you can and once you see that you can potentially make money then you can go ahead and use a real account. I think a demo is so useful and its there that you will make all of your mistakes and then learn how to take profit and then test out your games as well. The more you practice the more you will get into forex. But nowadays I see that many of the newbie traders are not at all making use of the demo account and they are just directly trading with real account. I do earn and I do make good profit in forex thanks to demo account as the more I spend learning in demo account the more I trade accurately in real account. I have seen that many traders are not using demo now a day sand that is the reason we can see many of them are loosing there money . So make use of demo trading and try to trade in serious with demo. In this way we can also give ourselves a chance to win something. Although I really doubt it or the chance are very slim. At least if we going to use a contest demo account some how we can feel the competition. They have given great contests and prizes that many great traders around the world will participate although; this means that we need to be competitive. StillAlive Posted September 22, 2013 Share Posted September 22, 2013 The best place for every forex trader to take forex practice is with the demo account, I can tell if one is successful with the demo account as a trader, I can tell the trader will have confident to trade the real account, the emotional feeling attach to the real account might make the trader lose at first but as time goes on, the trader will learn and understand how to handle it. I don't recommend that we spend time in real account if we are newbies because we can end up incurring some loses. I know we all going to make good income in forex in the long run so make sure that we know how to handle our accounts. I'm sure we all be making something good out of ourselves in here. In demo account we can try as many strategies as we want and still we didn't need to spend our money to practice. This is great chance that broker offer to us. You must develop a good strategy when using a demo account so that you would be able to apply your knowledge and develop your knowledge well then you can apply what you have learned in demo in your live trading account. I'm sure many will going to end up earning big amount of money when I started to make good amount of money in demo account as well. We can actually learn how to get the most profit using the strategy that we have and how we can prevent losses so that in the end when we had to start trading using a real account can be properly read price movement.
