  1. I believe that forex trading is actually very risky even if one is knowledgeable about trading and rather experienced. It just gets better with the more experience that you as you continue to learn, practice and use what you are learning correctly into your trades. If you are comparing it with gambling then forex in my opinion would be less risky because then you are better equipped.
  2. Yes, its normal that this would happen because in the demo account you are not using real money and what really matters is the money that you can make or lose when trading. A trader just needs to set their mindset accordingly so that they make the most out of the demo account and not take the experience there for granted.
  3. Forex demo accounts are there for a reason and one should make sure that they make the best of out them by using them for practising before jumping into the real account. Many brokers provide this for free to their traders to ensure that they get the benefit of this practice and have a better chance of being successful in their trading.
  4. Practice does make perfect indeed although in Forex it would not make you a perfect trader but vastly improve your trading skills. So, trading in the demo account is quite important indeed if one wants to have a good learning foundation of forex after exploring forex basics and terminologies.
  5. Yes @chintu, the discussion about forex related topics is quite vital to improving one's knowledge of forex especially for beginners who still have a lot of questions about forex. There are already many topics and threads on forums that can address a newbies questions but also be equally helpful to more learned traders.
  6. Well, mistakes are a good way to learn because when you have made mistakes that cost you dearly financially you are bound to be even more vigilant when you come across the same thing next time. This is why its quite important for traders to learn from their mistakes so that they can grow and improve their trading skills.
  7. Yes, it would depend on a number of issues such as the amount of capital to sustain regular or full-time trading as well as your amount of skills in this area. You can then be able to trade on a regular basis and hopefully make more profits than losses to make forex trading a full time source of income.
  8. Any bonus that will see you making decent profits that can be withdraw without much terms and conditions is sure to be worth pursuing. I wouldnt say that its a guaranteed way of making money because you still have to trade with the bonus first to make profits that can be withdrawable in some cases but it can be helpful.
  9. Whenever we are dealing with money its really hard to say that we can ever be satisfied with what we got. The same does apply to forex trading and if there is an opportunity to make better profits we are bound to pursue it. One must just be level headed and use rationale when making targets so they dont fall victim to greed.
  10. Yes, the demo account is used for practice or simulation purposes with the whole idea being that it should be of help when you eventually move in to the real account and trade with real money. So both of them are important and one cant really survive without the other because without proper practice you wont be profitable in the real account.
  11. I am going to submit my payment request on the forum this week as well since I can see members getting paid and know that I still have a couple of points in here to cashout. It would be good to get paid again from the forum since I believe that my last payment must have been a few months ago due to inactivity.
  12. The last time I was on the forum admin was mentioning that there would be faster payment processing moving forward. I take it that its not as fast members would have loved it to be. I suppose that the least one could expect would be for monthly payments in here until admin can manage to have faster processing frequency.
  13. Yes, payment processing is one of the reasons that would lead to members not being that active on any forum because members always prefer to go for forums that pay quicker. One thing about EP is that it had great rates when admin could afford it and many members did join or become more active around that time. They are therefore having a hard time adjusting in my opinion.
  14. @riddick I wonder if you can still be able to make 20 posts on a daily basis in here especially looking at the amount of posting activities. This is unless if there has been a welcome change in posting activities from members. That would mean you would be reaching 100 posts quite quickly in here.
  15. Its good that you have managed to get to 500 points on the forum. Its been a long time since I was active in here and I cant even remember exactly how much I have although I suspect its below 100 points. I guess for now I am just going to be targeting to reach 200 points and take it from there.
  16. They still offer good rates for a ptp forum but yes, the fact that they are a forex only forum has made a lot of posters not to have the interest to be active members here. Even when the forum was paying faster there was still low participation or interest from many posters.
  17. Its going to be a challenge for members to consider being active in here with the current setup that admin has in place. The minimum is really high and that is not encouraging indeed especially since there is no confirmation that they are paying forum. Admin should consider reducing this.

  19. From the above payment proofs it seems members are still getting good post rates for their payments. This must surely be encouraging to members who have remained active because you know that you can get a good rate of more than 2 cents which is the average on most ptp now.
  20. I am not posting in here simply because I dont think it would be making good use of the time that i have online. The fact that my time online is even lesser now means that I would not be having any time for the site. I still do appreciate the members that have time to post here and continue to earn here.
  21. Prioritising on this forum has always been a problem for me as well. I guess the need for funds without having to trade first has made me look at other avenues and sites in order to accumulate funds in the short term. I have to make time though in the future to get a trading bonus.
  22. It actually takes a lot of pressure off you if you can manage to do your posting on the forum in two or so rounds. I for one used to enjoy posting in intervals because you are pacing yourself while being able to contribute and adhere to their prescribed quality requirements.
  23. Its time I brought back my daily posting activities on the forum again. I saw that there has been payment processing in the sister forum and will have to check if there has been the same in here. It would be good to know that there is still some good posting activities at MTW.
  24. I am going to have to get used to this 30 post daily limit because it would mean counting posts now and then. I just need to be vigilant to enjoy posting here like before.
