myregister Posted January 5, 2018 Share Posted January 5, 2018 MQL4 already support object oriented paradigm which makes mql5 somewhat obsolete and this is not good, right? But how about that metaquotes people gain profit from this MQL4 more than MQL5? MQL5 autotrading is just another way to trade, if you prefer MT5 then you can choose only MQL5 not MQL4. For MT5 users they will love MQL5, and yes MQL4 already supported object oriented programming and this is why i keep wondering up to now that why it still support MT5, i mean MT5 and MQL5 already sounds like "failed" project which only attract small numbers of brokers. Sininfinity Posted January 9, 2018 Share Posted January 9, 2018 The big mistake metaquotes made was changing the MQL coding and that is one of the reason they did not gain more popularity over meta trader 4.
