not is but was, this site was a good PTU site , which many members used to share many things while they are get paid by that every download that people make in this program, but now they already closed it and you only can download the file that you upload by yourself

are you sure about that one? from what i see their primary payment processor here is LR rather than AP, because many investors and monitors using that service and i think there is no minimum payout in this site, you can withdraw the money here everyday, because you invest what you have here.
