Because owner doesn't has enough money to take a good and quality designing template. People won't like this homepage. Secondly they need $20 to allow us to join this program. Also some negative speculation in hyips with a waiting status is not convincing because the program is still new, so report like these should'nt be attached with the program. Although the script provided looks very cheap i guess it wouldn't effect the investors views on this program as the offers here can be very beneficial in the long run.
