One of the most prestigious WTA tournaments - the VTB Kremlin Cup 2018 brought to Moscow the whole bunch of the shining stars of the world Tennis. Instaforex Brand Ambassador Daria Kasatkina who has already won the title in 2015 in double together with Elena Vesnina was determined to repeat the success in singles this time. However, the list of players, which included the leader of the world rating Simona Halep, as well as the other top-10 players like Sloane Stephens, Karolina Pliskova, and others was promising a very tough competition. I actually liked it to start with, but the moment I start making profits, I understood how they work. Their department called Anti-fraud is a fraud itself, which is careless and believes that it’s not accountable regardless of what action they take. Aleš Loprais , his Spanish navigator Ferran Marco Alcayna, and chief mechanic Petr Pokora will set about a rally raid on January 6 in Lima. The racing team has to go through 10 stages in the truck category. The team had been fine-tuning their Tatra at the workshop in the town of Frenštát pod Radhoštěm until the departure. Eventually, InstaForex Loprais Team left for Le Havre, France, to arrange some administrative formalities. There, they will embark on board a ship to sail to Peru. “If we had been given one more week for preparations, we would be still working on the car as there is always something to do. The development of our racing Tatra is our everyday routine and it's a long-term process. While our fleet is heading to America, I've moved to Dubai to practise in the sand dunes until the end of the month as Dakar Rally organisers are promising about 70 per cent of sand." IFX Gertrude Posted January 30, 2019 Share Posted January 30, 2019 Rally team headed by Aleš Loprais enters Top 5 in Dakar 2019 Aleš Loprais, Ferran Marco Alcayna, and Petr Pokora on their Tatra Jamal were the fifth in the overall standings in the truck category to cross the finishing line. The rally team met the challenge of the extremely tough 41th edition of the legendary rally raid. Moreover, they successfully competed with powerful and large factory teams. This edition was arranged within the territory of the only country, Peru. Therefore, this rally marathon was shorter than previous editions in terms of a distance and racing days. Nevertheless, the host plotted a route which required the passionate commitment from the participants. The Dakar Rally kicked off on January 6 in Lima. Remarkably, only one third of the teams who participated in the rally in the truck category returned to the Peruvian capital city which was also the final point. “For me this was perhaps the most difficult Dakar, leaving aside those where we had an accident and withdrew prematurely. We are a small family team without factory support and yet we have succeeded among the big factory teams," Aleš Loprais shared his impressions about the participation in the rally. Importantly, unlike InstaForex Loprais team the rest of the nine teams in the Top Ten ranking were factory-supported crews. “I would mainly like to express my sincere thanks to the boys, the whole team, our families, fans and sponsors, for without them we would never have managed this. Even though we only enjoyed two problem-free stages, they counted for all and filled us with hopes for the future.
