According to me this website is offering way to high minimum payout of 4$, well it is quite hard to reach without referrals and they also pay manually which is not too good. It supports three different payment processors and right now it has only about 183 members registered and has not paid even a single dollar.

If you visit the website right now you will notice that it has not even paid a single dollar.

Well the script of the website seems to be nice but the pay per click rates for standard members of the website are to low, according to me with this earning rate with would be much hard for the standard member to reach the minimum payout.
