I wonder will it pay all members without forcing them to investment or partial cash out? if that not happes with this site then this ptc really a golden opportunity for us

i joined this site and take ultimate membership for free ( first 5000 members ) but payout minimum not good because the fees when i cash out 0.35 so i need $ 2.85 to can make the 1st payout i will collect many referrals to reach the minimum early the site paid $ 15 until now .. 2days left .. very nice
