4. Set boundaries to protect your peace. You have the right to walk away from conversations that are constantly critical or draining. Protecting your energy isn’t rude; it’s necessary for your mental health. A simple "I'm not going to continue this conversation" is a complete sentence.

 

5. Focus only on what you can control. You can't control what others say or do. You can only control your response. Wasting energy on their behavior is a losing battle. Put all your focus on your own actions and peace of mind. That’s where your real power is.
