Why don’t cash exchange offers have fixed rates?

This is a characteristic feature of cash exchanges. They cannot take place without a meeting, as money must be physically exchanged, and a meeting requires additional coordination, such as agreeing on the time and location. As a result, the exchange rate is not fixed at the moment you create the order. While you are finalizing the details with the exchanger, the rate may change, and potentially not in the way that you might enjoy.

For cash exchanges, the rate displayed on the monitoring platform is indicative, not final. The actual rate will be determined later, and the conditions for this will be outlined in an email you receive after placing your order. Be sure to read it carefully to understand the exchange process and how the rate will be calculated if market conditions change.

Please keep in mind: you will never see the ‘Floating Rate’ sign in cash-based exchange options. That’s not an error—it simply reflects the real workflow for handling cash exchange orders. Always take this into account when choosing an offer and confirm the specifics with the exchange service.

With this update, the BTC faucet has become more convenient and user-friendly—you no longer have to create special wallets.

Please note that some wallet formats are still not supported due to the limitations and other peculiarities of their respective services. Before using the BTC faucet, please review the list of recommended wallets.

All essential information and a list of supported wallets can be found on BestChange.com in the section titled ‘What crypto wallets can be used?’

Why does the exchange rate or reserve on an exchanger’s website differ from what I see on BestChange?

This can happen—and it doesn’t depend on whether you searched in our bot, mini-app, website, or mobile app.

There are two main reasons for discrepancies in rates and reserves:

● Exclusive conditions for BestChange users: Many exchangers offer better rates to customers who visit their site through our monitoring service.
● Technical delays or data sync issues: We receive real-time updates on rates and reserves, but sometimes exchangers experience delays or glitches in updating their information.
If you notice a mismatch, you can click on ‘Discrepancy’ above the list of exchange rate offers on BestChange.com and let us know exactly where you found the inconsistency.

We’ll investigate, contact the exchanger, and resolve the issue. And if you leave your email address for a response, we’ll reach out and thank you personally!

What can you do if you made a mistake when sending funds for an exchange?

Step 1. Stay calm. In most cases, the problem can be solved if you act quickly.
Step 2. Contact the support team of the exchange service you used. Explain what happened, provide your order number, and attach relevant screenshots.
Step 3. Reach out to BestChange support if the exchange was made through one of the services listed on our monitoring platform. Our specialists will provide recommendations and contact the exchange service administration.

Please note: We only accept requests through the feedback form on our website or by email at support@bestchange.com. BestChange does not provide support for exchange orders via social networks or messengers.

Important signs in the list of exchange offers

When you are looking for the best exchange rates on BestChange.com, you may notice special signs next to exchange offers. These signs help you better understand the terms of each exchanger and choose the most suitable option.

Here are some signs you want to watch for:

● Manual exchange: all orders are processed by an operator, so delays are possible—critical to know if you need an urgent exchange.

● Registration required: to create an exchange order, you’ll have to register on the exchanger’s website—this too takes extra time, so it’s better to be prepared in advance.

● Floating exchange rate: the rate may change after you submit the request—essential for understanding the conditions and how long the rate is fixed.

● Additional fees: sometimes exchanges are performed via a payment system, which charges an extra fee—this sign helps you see right away if you’ll need a slightly larger amount for the exchange.

● Payout via P2P platforms or processors: a new sign indicating special payout conditions—it enables you to assess potential risks and make more informed choices.

Always check the signs—not only the ones listed above, but all of them—to be aware of the exchange details and pick the option that suits you best.
