Even though the lowest interest rates seems so small, but since the overall plan of using this system is to ensure longevity and sustainability of the program, I think it is worth a try! Even the 2nd plan that required minimum of 2$ with .3-1.5% for 100 days will reap good profit as he principal is back after 100 days. Talking about the plans i like the first plan minimum being only 1$ and roi variable between .3-1.2% daily, Investment duration is only 30 days and returns may vary 9%-36% in this period which are good return in short term.
