savehouse Posted October 6, 2012 Share Posted October 6, 2012 this program is a Russian program and i can tell the program will struggle to get hyip investors that will invest with them,though the program might be offering a sustainable and reasonable plan but i guess due to the fact that the program is in language that will make the program struggle,hyip monitors are having the program with paying status anyway.
