I think there is not much concern about the days you will going to file for dispute. Because, the bottom line is that the one who have the funds before or the sender of the transaction will remain in favor in the dispute filed. This is already happened so many times and in my observation.

Actually, you are not withdrawing it but rather either exchanging or selling your LR funds. Withdrawing is term for the payment processors directly to your bank account and in LR it's through exchangers only and you will have also option to have multiple LR accounts.

I guess, I will be lucky to have at least two ISP. One is just free connection through wifi lol and the other one is my own broadband. Looking forward that this will mean that if ever I can't access forums like DCP in one ISP then, I will just switch to the other.
