What should i prefer to trade?? I am still in trouble to choice my trading style that should i trade for short term basis or long I have many traders relying their trading on short term only 1 to 2 hour, But a professional trader go for long term trading, but what is profitable and reliable ?

Trading forex is really tiring. I sometimes open a trade and during the day I had to wait a very long time to see big gaps in prices. I wanna trade on the market is very volatile. Can anyone tell me what time is the market most volatile? P.S. If anyone would give me an answer "just google it" I tried and it gives me pages about forex robots.
