The reasons appears to be 3 transactions that a single member from Vietnam has made, and it appears that this member is not the person on the PayPal account. We do not have any details at this time and was unable to contact PayPal due to the fact that it was a National Holiday and they were not in their offices at the time. We can only apologize to all members for this inconvenience and attempt to make contact with PayPal in the following hours to come.
