They are non-negotiable and apply to all the registered members of Paysnork.com. Important – you must be at least 18 years old and above to access our site. 1. Member Account 1.1. Each member can only have one account. 1.2. Member accounts are not transferable 1.3. Member account information will not be changed unless the member the member did so. 1.4. We do not accept, under any circumstances, requests to change the members’ up line. 1.5. Inappropriate, indecent, or pornographic username is not allowed and may be terminated permanently. 1.6. Members must keep their own password secured. The management will not be liable for any problems accessing all members’ account because of carelessness. 1.7. All members may update new passwords at the settings under the “User CP” button at any time. In case of a loss of password, members may access to our recovery section “Forgot Password” to solve the problem. 1.8. Any false information used in creating a new membership account may lead to temporary/permanent account suspension. 2. Member Earnings 2.1. Each member can earn 0.01¢ per sentence/line post (rates may change in the future). 2.2. Each sentence/line/post should reach at least 25 characters for it to be counted. 2.3. Members may receive additional bonus accordingly for every extended sentence/line/post they can make. 2.4. Earning are not applicable in private messages and personal mails. 3. Payments to Members 3.1. Each member must reach a minimum payout requirement of 5.00¢, equivalent to $0.01, balance to be legible to request payouts (rates may change in the future). 3.2. All payments are processed via valid Paypal address within 24-48 hours. 3.3. Members can only request payout one at a time. 4. Referrals 4.1. Members can maximize their earning by referring people to join under them. 4.2. Members may earn 20%(rates may change in the future) commission bonus from all of their referrals’ earnings. 4.3. Members may refer as many people as they can. 4.4. Each of the members’ referrals, as members also, must have a unique email address. 4.5. A referral will never be able to modify the member who referred him/her. 5. Chat Rules 5.1. Be Wholesome and Friendly 5.1.1. All members are obliged to be friendly towards other members and staff. 5.1.2. All members obliged to respect other members and staff. 5.1.3. All members are requested to engage only in friendly talks. 5.1.4. All members are requested to help each other. 5.1.5. All members are requested to avoid insulting, offending, or discouraging other members. 5.1.6. All members are requested to avoid pornographic and non-sense talk/words/phrases/sentences/lines/discussions/links, etc. 5.2. Never Spam The following behaviors are considered inappropriate in Paysnork.com; and apply some corresponding consequences. 5.2.1. Beyond 5 consecutive posts - Consequences: Earning deduction and temporary mute (unless another member posted after you). 5.2.2. Beyond 3 consecutive/non-consecutive copy/pasting. - Consequences: Earning deduction and temporary mute (unless another member posted after you.) 5.2.3. Posting links Posting links are considered advertising; therefore, a corresponding fee applies per post. - Fees: · 0.3c per post on public chat board. · 0.01c per post on every private messages and personal mails. · Members that have insufficient balance till not be able to post a link. (Rates may change in the future) 5.2.4. Excessive abuse towards Paysnork.com Members and Staff. Any types of threat, intimidation, or unreasonable accusation against Paysnork members and staff, here or elsewhere are considered disrespectful. - Consequences: 1st Offence Earning deduction and temporary ban of earning privileges. 2nd Offense Earning deduction and temporary ban of earnings and chatting privileges. 3rd Offense Permanent loss of privileges in Paysnork.com 5.3. Enjoy Paysnork.com is made forever free for everybody. 5.3.1. Everybody have the freedom to express themselves without offending others. 5.3.2. All languages are available as long as other members could understand. 5.3.3. Chat with all the members of Paysnork.com 24/7 5.3.4. Invite all your friends using your referral link and earn 20% referral earning commission (rates may change in the future). 5.3.5. All members have the freedom to block another member for a valid reason. 5.3.6. Each member can only access one room at a time. 5.3.7. Help build a community of active cheerful chatter online and earn! 6. Anti-Cheat Policy 6.1. All attempts to hack or cheat our system in any way are being monitored and logged. 6.2. Upon requesting payments, if any attempts of cheating/piracy have been discovered/detected, payments will be canceled and account will be suspended without any notice. 7. Liability 7.1. Paysnork.com reserves the rights to alter the Terms and Condition at any time, as well as rules, features, and benefits. Paysnork.com also reserves the right to cancel its services at any time with or without notice. 7.2. Paysnork.com will not be held responsible for any of its members beyond our premises. 7.3. Customer Support Service is made available for all members’ convenience within Paysnork.com premises only. Therefore, we are not liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to Paysnork.com and therefore beyond our control. 7.4. Paysnork.com will not be responsible for any tax payment required by its members based on what they will receive from us. It is the responsibility of each members to declare what they have received and pay each of their country’s taxes. 8. Account Suspension 8.1. Certain information will be stored confidentially in order to help identify cheaters. 8.2. We reserves the right to suspend an account for a valid reason, including reasons not covered by a violation of the Terms of Service. 8.3. All suspended accounts will have all their balances reset, all referrals will be taken away. 8.4. All suspended accounts will be archived and the same usernames and email addresses will no longer be used. 8.5. We do not delete member accounts in any way for any reason whether they are active, terminated, or suspended. 8.6. After 60 days of inactivity, accounts will be permanently suspended.
