FAQ - GENERAL QUSTION

I want to fund my account with a credit card and have been asked to provide a CVC2/CVV2 code. What is it?

The Card Verification Code (CVC2) or Card Verification Value (CVV2) is a  three-digit number unique to your credit card. You can find it at the  end of the card number on the signature panel of your card.

How long does it take to withdraw funds from my personal account?

The speed of a funds transfer out of your Money Box will depend on your choice of payment system. The following is a guideline:

• Skrill - 6 hours*
• Neteller, FasaPay - 24 hours*
• WebMoney, Yandex Money, Qiwi - 3 working hours*
• Debit and credit cards - during the workday*
• Internet bank transfers - during the workday.*
• Standard bank transfer - 2 to 5 working days

*If any technical problems occur, transfers could take up to 24 hours.

Is it possible to make withdrawals from the account of a third party?

No. Funds transfers to and from third parties are not permitted.

The restriction on the transfer of funds to third parties is a key  part of the measures we take against money laundering. This is based on  the decision of the International Financial Action Group against Money  Laundering (FATF English. Financial Action Task Force on Money  Laundering, FATF), established to coordinate international efforts to  fight  money laundering in 1989, at the summit of the 'Big Seven' in  Paris, France.

• What is the minimum investment amount?
  

Each PAMM manager sets the minimum investment amount on their account. You can check this parameter in the PAMM account's profile before making your investment.

• How soon will my investment appear in the manager's account after I make an application to invest?
  

Your investment will be credited instantly.

• Can I withdraw profit and my initial investment amount without liquidating my investment?
  

You have the right to withdraw your profits and the initial sum from the investment, as long as you leave the minimum sum (as set by the PAMM manager) in the manager's account.

Example: you have invested $100 in a PAMM account. The minimum investment amount is $10. Your investment is now valued at $150, so you can withdraw $140.

• Do I pay the Fees Of Performance Manager when a loss ?
  

No performance fee is payable to the manager in the event of an unsuccessful trading period.

SOURCE OF REVENUE

As a TenkoFX partner you will be remunerated with commissions based on the trading volume generated by your clients. Each transaction executed by one of your clients is a source of revenue for you. Trading volume commission is credited to your account on a weekly basis. The level of compensation is quoted in US dollars per $1mln USD traded and depends on the partnership program you join.

COMMISSION CALCULATION

The calculation of the commission per individual transaction depends on several factors:

1. Your current commission level (based on your partnership status)
2. The instrument being traded
3. The size of the transaction (in lots, check contract specification)
4. The current price of the asset / instrument

The examples below are based on the assumption of participation in the Introducing Broker program, with the status of Promo Master.

Currencies (FX major)

• Ex 1: Let’s assume that a partner brings in a client with 500 USD balance.
• The client executes 10 transactions each 1 lot EURUSD.
• 1 lot EURUSD = 100 000 EUR (136 250 USD) (with EURUSD rate = 1.3625)
• To execute a trade of 1 lot on EURUSD with a leverage of 1:500 a margin of 272 USD would be required.
• Trading Volume = 1 362 500 USD ( = 10 trnx * 100 000 EUR * 1.3625)
• Partner’s commission = 81.75 USD ( = 1 362 500 / 1 000 000 * 60 USD)
• FX major commission for Promo Master status = 60 USD per 1 mln USD
  

Currencies (FX minor)

• Ex 2: Let’s assume that a partner brings in a client with 500 USD balance.
• The client executes 10 transactions each 1 lot GBPCAD.
• 1 lot GBPCAD = 100 000 GBP (168 000 USD) (with GBPUSD rate = 1.6800)
• To execute a trade of 1 lot on GBPCAD with a leverage of 1:500 a margin of 336 USD would be required.
• Trading Volume = 1 680 000 USD ( = 10 trnx * 100 000 GBP * 1.6800)
• Partner’s commission = 134.4 USD ( = 1 680 000 / 1 000 000 * 80 USD)
• FX minor commission for Promo Master status = 80 USD per 1 mln USD
  

Metals (Gold)

• Ex 3: Let’s assume that a partner brings in a client with 500 USD balance.
• The client executes 10 transactions each 0.5 lot XAUUSD (Gold).
• 0.5 lot XAUUSD = 50 contracts (62 682 USD) (with XAUUSD rate = 1253.65)
• To execute a trade of 0.5 lot on XAUUSD with a leverage of 1:200 a margin of 313 USD would be required.
• Trading Volume = 626 825 USD ( = 10 trnx * 50 contracts * 1253.65)
• Partner’s commission = 125.36 USD ( = 626 825 / 1 000 000 * 200 USD)
• Metals commission = 200 USD per 1 mln USD
  

TenkoFX pays fixed commission per 1 mln of trading volume. The table below illustrates payable commissions depending on the instruments that are being traded and partner’s status. A partner can hold a status of Specialist, Promo Master, or Sales Leader depending on the trading volume generated by the partner’s clients.

Withdrawal commissions reviewed

Dear customers,

We believe it is important for all our clients to be aware that money transfer systems charge TenkoFX fees for each incoming and outgoing transfer you initiate.

Account funding options like Skrill, Neteller or Credit/Debit card processing cost the company at least 3.5%. Withdrawals also incur significant transaction costs.

A quick glance at our Deposit & Withdrawal terms clearly shows that up until now, our company has covered these costs for our clients – partially or in full. We consider it important to convey this message to our customers, to ensure that this service is appreciated.

Unfortunately this practice of covering 100% of costs related to money transfers hampers the effectiveness of our business. It has therefore been decided that a cost sharing policy will be adopted going forward. Effective from the 10th of September TenkoFX will allow for 2 free money withdrawals within any 30 day period. If more than two withdrawals are made within 30 days, the costs of additional withdrawals will be transferred on to the client.

We appreciate your understanding regarding this necessary change and ask you to please avoid unnecessary recurrent in and out payments. TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION:

How can I make a profit from doing business with TenkoFX?

There are several ways to earn money using our services. You can participate as:

• a trader - personally make deals in the market and earn profit from your trades
• an investor - choose an experienced manager to invest your capital and receive a share of the gains from their trades
• a manager - accept investments and receive a share of the profits on the trades you make for your clients
• a partner - attract customers and receive a percentage commission on their deals

What is the minimum amount I can invest?

The minimum deposit you will need to make depends on the type of account you open:
• MT4 Standard - $10
• MT4 Cent Standard - $10
• MT4 ECN - $200
• PAMM ECN - $100

Will the spread on my trades be fixed or floating?

The type of spread depends on the type of account you open:

• Standard (MT4) - fixed spread
• Cent (MT4) - fixed spread
• ECN (MT4) - floating spread

1 Processing time: the time that it takes to credit the amount received to your Money Box. "instant" means fully automated processing without any interventions / reviews by the manager.

Processing time: Mon - Fri (9:00 am to 9:00 pm, GMT+4). Our Financial Department guarantees the processing of withdrawal applications submitted within the specified time frame. The delivery of funds to your bank account will depend on your chosen transfer method.
2 To initiate funds transfer from this page you have to be logged into your TenkoDESK workplace.
3 Ruble transfers could arrive within 1 day, if you initiate the transfer with your bank before 12:00 a.m. Bank wire transfers in other currencies could take 2 to 5 days to arrive.
