With that the admin can now invest the money into what investment he is into, we know that the higher the capital the chance of the hyip staying longer. With the $30 minimum deposit, I am sure the admin is trying to get only big investments before he close it down. My advise is, there is no reason to invest in it. Firstly this has got only fixed term plan for 15 days and on that returns are only 17% that cannot be said very attractive Further minimum deposit of 30$ makes this program unaffordable.
