Smartly created this thread . Cashler is the changed name of buxera after domain transfer, you should have mentioned it in the post. Anyways I have already received my first payment from them so I trust this site, the proof has been posted long back in buxera thread.

Rates are same as any other PTC as well, but the payout at 3$ should be lowered at 2$, which is suited for this type of poor rated program. But I love their instant payout option & already have good reputation. Hope it will help on my earning platform...
