standart Posted February 27, 2013 Share Posted February 27, 2013 new ptc site and even though offering good per click rate, still unable to attract many people to join. well, it maybe due to the ptc offering low daily earning rate while set high minimum payout rate. the site also still not proven paying yet and slow progress will continue to be experienced till the ptc proven paying.
