That's why I follow just one diet and go to the gym every day. I don’t eat pork ever. That’s why I eat only chicken legs and salat. In really neglected cases yoga wouldn`t be enough. You have to work a lot in the gym and do running. Even good couch is needed. There are plenty of useful programs in the internet which help to lose weight. The problem is they use sometimes pounds. But it is easy to calculate.
