  1. Of course yoga can make your body more fit, but if you don`t have serious troubles with weigh. In really neglected cases yoga wouldn`t be enough. You have to work a lot in the gym and do running. Even good couch is needed. There are plenty of useful programs in the internet which help to lose weight. The problem is they use sometimes pounds. But it is easy to calculate. You have to divide pounds by 2.2 or you can use online calculator. For example 150 lbs to kg makes 68.
