Because all of them have to face with fund program and they need to close it. So this program may running on marginal position. Because me too heard some complain against them about delay payment. It can be expected for a program that shows some committment like spending on DDOS and SSL protection show the program lasting longer than, it is the best hyip program that i know. Almost all monitors have change this to not paying already.
