Yeah any move for the good of users should be welcomed - but i dont feel LR is going to provide

any such mechanism in the near future that will benefit those users who are scammed - LR's popularity

is due to their irreversible transactions and it being easy for hyip admins to easily scam.

it will surely hit the hyip sites because they would now be not easily able to scam members, but for members it would be good as they would now easily save their money

so this will also increase the popularity of LR as there are more members than the admins

As per the information present at alertpay site, if AP banking services offered to your country, you can withdraw your money from your AlertPay account by bank trasnfer, check or credit/debit card, but if the service is not offered you should withdraw only thru check or debit/credit card. ref rates is- $0.01/ad and limit is 100 which is quite good

but one drawback is that in spite of the fact that they say it is one month membership, it is actually one week

if you are good in referring, then you can even choose matrix field (MLM)

there you can earn around $20 every week which is also quite profitable

the best way is to first manage to get about 1000 members, you can do this by advertising in forums,ptc etc.

then try to introduce some contests which will help your forum to be active

try ref contests, this will increase more members in you forum

and then send emails to hyip sites regarding your forum and advertising rates! and tell them that you are giving them a discount for the first week or so

200 days for deposits is quite high and i think other hyip sites rarely follow this structure

i do not suggest to invest as by that time the site may go scam

5% referral commision is also low and this site does not accepts PM which is widely used in HYIP business

new hyip sites are opening up at a rapid rate and the admin is easily in a profit of more than $10000 per site

if they cannot handle to solve the disputes they can freeze accounts of those admins who have many disputes (say. 100)

I myself have verified my Paypal account using a VCC and didn't faced any such limitation issues at all. I guess, the limitation would have been due to some other reasons and you can upload the required documents asked by Paypal to uplift your limitations once again.

well, good to know that the admin has installed SSL security for the site,

what if the admin decides to turn to scam, since the plans are of short term that can't be sustainable,

thus this one is made to fast turn to scam but not to stay for a long time and give profits to investors.

i think this can stay for little more time as you are expecting because this site also owns the ptc site- avaxbux

so if one is scam the other one is adversely affected

i dont know if any one have every recovered his scammed money thru this system

but when i made a dispute (that is single one i ever made) i got an reply after 6 months and that too informing me that they are unable to get me my money as there is no money in the account i raised dispute with.

Well, Credit cards is not a big problem as there are still options to add VCC's on our Paypal account. As far as Mass payments and Pan card is concerned, it surely is annoying for Indian as not every person has a Pan card or mass payments are hard to receive then direct payments.

no VCCs are also very risky

i created a new indian paypal account and tried to verify it with VCC, but after getting $1.95 my account was limited! hence it is not to be considered as alternate way
