Hey, I'm in a very bad financial situation now, and I'm not able to pay off the monthly payments of my mortgage. So I'm thinking about refinancing this home mortgage to balance the situation. I have consulted an agency for refinance mortgage in Toronto, and they sounded genuine for me. Since my monthly bills have gotten out of control, I thought refinancing my home and paying them off would be a better approach. I was almost up to move in things. But one of my friends warned me to drop that plan because there is a chance of losing my home if I again failed to pay the monthly payments. So I'm in confusion now. I want to consolidate my debts, and at the same time need to lower my total monthly payments. I know this forum has many experts. Can someone help me to choose a better solution? All I want is to get rid of my current financial burden! I would be grateful for your thoughts on this. Thanks for your suggestions - If any.
