If you are price oriented client - the lower price would be the better. The companies you mentored are good but they are quite expensive servers there. If I were you I would have a look at https://gthost.com/ They have plenty of locations and the cheapest prices.

I will be migrating all my current customers, their sites, hosting and domains to centohost.com next week. You can install and send larger uploads out the gate, there is not much fiddling needed with PHP settings or any of that stuff that can make it hard to start a website.
