  1. New—and better—terms in the BestChange referral program We’re excited to share the news, so let’s get straight to the point. - First, we have increased the maximum referral reward fivefold. You can now earn up to $5 for every user you refer to BestChange.com. The more you tell your friends, followers, and others about BestChange, the greater your potential earnings. - Second, there is now a new opportunity to earn by introducing users to the benefits of the BestChange AML analyzer and crypto address risk scoring. If a user follows your link and performs a paid AML check, you will receive a percentage of their payment. Your reward will be credited every time the user you referred pays for an address check—indefinitely, provided the system can correctly identify your referrals. - Third, a special promotion is available until June 1, 2026: the referral reward for analyzer users is 30% of the payment. For example: You refer a user → they run a bundle check for $4.50 → $1.35 will be credited to your referral account. Don’t miss the opportunity to earn more! How can you join the BestChange referral program? It’s very simple: ● Read the terms and conditions; ● Fill out a short form; ● Confirm your agreement and click ‘Sign up.’ You will immediately gain access to your referral account, where you’ll find: ● Ready-to-use texts, banners, and other promotional materials; ● A tool for creating your referral links (for example, to the BestChange AML analyzer page); ● Helpful tips for beginners. Join the program and start earning!
  2. A small habit that can save you a lot of trouble When dealing with cryptocurrency, it is always important to understand where the funds come from. Even when acting in good faith, you may end up with assets linked to suspicious transactions in your wallet. This can lead to verifications, transaction delays, or even account restrictions. One simple but very useful habit can significantly reduce these risks: checking a crypto address in advance. You can use the BestChange AML analyzer. Moreover, for greater convenience, it now offers bundle checks across several databases. Bundle checks can help you: ● Gain a clearer understanding of connections with different sources of funds; ● Compare risk scores provided by various systems; ● Identify both overlapping and unique sources of risk. How to check a crypto address Open the Check Address page; Fill out the form; Select one or several services—for the most accurate assessment, we recommend that you use all available options; Complete the payment; Receive a report comparing the results. Remember: exchanging funds without a prior AML check saves only a small amount of time and money. By running a check in advance, however, you protect something far more valuable—your peace of mind and your security.
  3. Do you follow the signs on BestChange? Almost every exchange rate on our website is accompanied by special round signs. We require exchange services to use them to clearly indicate specific features of an offer directly within their offers. These signs may show whether an exchange service operates a physical office or highlight mandatory steps that must be completed before a transaction can proceed. For example, ‘Accepting funds Card2Card’ indicates that the exchange is processed via a direct transfer from the customer’s card to the exchanger’s card. In such cases, the sender’s bank may charge an additional transfer fee. Certain tags indicate that an exchange service uses payment details of a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur, or that funds are sent via a third-party payment system different from the one specified as the primary for the chosen currency pair. These details are important to consider when planning a transaction. There are also warning signs, such as ‘Exchange rate fluctuations detected.’ It is automatically applied to offers that have experienced significant rate volatility in the past 15 minutes. If a user chooses to proceed with an offer marked by this sign, extra caution is strongly advised. In total, BestChange uses around two dozen different tags. We recommend reviewing their meanings on our website and paying close attention to them when searching for suitable rates. Hover your cursor over a sign or click on it to see a detailed explanation.
  4. Smart filters are now available in the BestChange mobile app. Now you can customize your search to match your preferences and find suitable offers faster. With the new filters, you can easily: ● Select only exchangers with brick-and-mortar offices—for example, if you’re exchanging cash; ● Exclude options that involve registration or manual processing—to speed up the exchange; ● Filter out offers with floating rates, and more. You can also use this feature to only see exchangers from your Favorites list—this way, you’ll find offers from services you’ve already used and trust. Just don’t forget to add reliable exchangers to your Favorites.
  5. New exchange units on BestChange Our aggregator features over one million exchange rates and nearly 52,000 currency pairs. With this multitude, changes in the list of exchange units may not always be immediately noticeable. To make it easier for you to navigate, here’s an overview of the latest update. We've recently added: ● Nagad BDT; ● bKash BDT; ● Bank Account BDT; ● Bank Card BRL; ● Bank Card ARS; ● Bank Account ARS; ● Bank Account CZK; ● Bank Account MXN; ● Bank Account UYU. And removed: Payz USD; Paxum USD; WebMoney WMX; Epay EUR; ePayCore USD. We'll keep updating the list of exchange units to reflect market changes and, of course, user demand. If you feel a certain exchange unit is missing, let us know in the comments, and we will consider adding it.
  6. NEW! Bundle AML Checks When it comes to AML, relying on a single data source is not always enough—different services may assess the same crypto address differently. To help you get a complete picture and compare results, we’ve introduced bundle checks in our AML analyzer. Simply put, you can now check a crypto address across multiple AML services at once. How to run a bundle check ● Go to the ‘Check address page. ● Enter the wallet address and the asset you want to check—the list of available analyzers and the total cost will appear below. ● Select the desired analyzers, then click the green ‘Check address’ button. As a result, you’ll receive a consolidated report showing both overlapping and unique risk sources, along with a comparison of Risk Scores across the selected analyzers. If needed, you can also open a detailed report from any individual service. This broader analysis allows you to view a crypto address from different perspectives and make a more balanced risk assessment. Which analyzers should you choose? For maximum effectiveness, we recommend selecting all available services. Each analyzer is unique, with its own databases and risk assessment methodologies. Using multiple analyzers simultaneously increases accuracy and provides the most comprehensive insights. Of course, you can still run a standard check using a single analyzer and receive a detailed report based on that service’s data and algorithms. Try the comprehensive check and share your feedback in the comments—we’ll be happy to hear your thoughts!
  7. New service on the BestChange AML Analyzer We continue to develop our AML capabilities to make crypto asset checks even more accurate and useful. Here’s what it actually means: The BestChange AML Analyzer allows you to check a wide range of crypto assets, and the list keeps growing with each added service. You can also download a free PDF report of your check—convenient for future reference. Most importantly, you can always rely on BestChange support for help interpreting results, understanding the logic behind the checks, and answering other questions. We’ve recently added the sixth service to the AML Analyzer. This new provider uses European data sources and offers near-institutional-level analytics: ● Broad network coverage: BTC, TRON, Ethereum, BNB Chain, Solana, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, Avalanche C-Chain, Polkadot, Moonbeam, Litecoin, BSV—including tokens on these networks. Extensive address attribution, regular database updates, and professional risk scoring. ● A detailed PDF report: helpful for analytics, compliance, internal audits, and dispute resolution. The report includes an overall risk score and summary, source and destination of funds, direct and indirect connections with counterparties, and key transactions with tx hashes. The BestChange Analyzer does more than check for AML red flags. It is a tool that evolves alongside the market and real user needs, helping prevent a wide range of potential issues. We’d love to hear your feedback on using this tool—feel free to share your experience in the comments.
  8. More rewards with the BestChange referral program We’ve added a new, simple way for you to earn referral bonuses — AML checks. You can now invite users via your referral link directly to the AML Analyzer. If a referred user pays for a single AML check or purchases a voucher for multiple checks, you will receive 30% of the payment amount. The reward is credited to your referral account balance and can be withdrawn under the standard conditions—starting from $1 via electronic currencies: Bitcoin and Volet (USD, EUR). Please note: AML check rewards are credited for users linked to your referral account—that is, users who originally came to the BestChange website via your referral link. The timing does not matter; what matters is that the user was initially referred by you.
  9. BestChange mobile app is now available across 175 countries We started with just a few locations, carefully tested how everything works, and made sure we were ready to take the next step. Now the BestChange app can be downloaded from almost anywhere—via the App Store, Google Play, and AppGallery. Install it and enjoy convenient exchange rate monitoring right on your smartphone. And don’t forget to share your feedback in the comments! Your input helps us improve the app and deliver useful updates.
  10. Route recalculated: how to use the ‘Multistage exchange’ tool Can’t find any options for a direct exchange in your chosen currency pair? Don’t worry—it’s not a dead end. Try building an alternative route with the help of Multistage Exchange. Why is the Multistage exchange useful? This tool helps you find a more complex exchange route via one or several intermediary currencies. In some cases, this alternative path can result in a noticeably better final amount, which is why it’s worth checking even when direct exchange offers are available on BestChange. What should you keep in mind when using the Multistage exchange? A multi-step route usually involves several exchangers. Be sure to carefully review each one—exchange rates, reserves, operating conditions, and user reviews. This will help you avoid unexpected issues and choose the most efficient and reliable option. Have you tried finding the Multistage exchange route? Share your thoughts and experience in the comments.
  11. We don’t store any sensitive information linked to your partner account. In fact, all data is anonymized, so your request to delete something from our database isn’t entirely applicable. We do retain the right to record IP addresses and similar visit information in anonymized form—you didn’t provide any personal data or verify your identity when registering, so there’s simply nothing for us to delete.
  12. Important signs in the list of exchange offers When you are looking for the best exchange rates on BestChange.com, you may notice special signs next to exchange offers. These signs help you better understand the terms of each exchanger and choose the most suitable option. Here are some signs you want to watch for: ● Manual exchange: all orders are processed by an operator, so delays are possible—critical to know if you need an urgent exchange. ● Registration required: to create an exchange order, you’ll have to register on the exchanger’s website—this too takes extra time, so it’s better to be prepared in advance. ● Floating exchange rate: the rate may change after you submit the request—essential for understanding the conditions and how long the rate is fixed. ● Additional fees: sometimes exchanges are performed via a payment system, which charges an extra fee—this sign helps you see right away if you’ll need a slightly larger amount for the exchange. ● Payout via P2P platforms or processors: a new sign indicating special payout conditions—it enables you to assess potential risks and make more informed choices. Always check the signs—not only the ones listed above, but all of them—to be aware of the exchange details and pick the option that suits you best.
  13. What can you do if you made a mistake when sending funds for an exchange? Step 1. Stay calm. In most cases, the problem can be solved if you act quickly. Step 2. Contact the support team of the exchange service you used. Explain what happened, provide your order number, and attach relevant screenshots. Step 3. Reach out to BestChange support if the exchange was made through one of the services listed on our monitoring platform. Our specialists will provide recommendations and contact the exchange service administration. Please note: We only accept requests through the feedback form on our website or by email at support@bestchange.com. BestChange does not provide support for exchange orders via social networks or messengers.
  14. Why does the exchange rate or reserve on an exchanger’s website differ from what I see on BestChange? This can happen—and it doesn’t depend on whether you searched in our bot, mini-app, website, or mobile app. There are two main reasons for discrepancies in rates and reserves: ● Exclusive conditions for BestChange users: Many exchangers offer better rates to customers who visit their site through our monitoring service. ● Technical delays or data sync issues: We receive real-time updates on rates and reserves, but sometimes exchangers experience delays or glitches in updating their information. If you notice a mismatch, you can click on ‘Discrepancy’ above the list of exchange rate offers on BestChange.com and let us know exactly where you found the inconsistency. We’ll investigate, contact the exchanger, and resolve the issue. And if you leave your email address for a response, we’ll reach out and thank you personally!

You can now use wallets from popular services that interact directly with the Bitcoin blockchain. With this update, the BTC faucet has become more convenient and user-friendly—you no longer have to create special wallets. Please note that some wallet formats are still not supported due to the limitations and other peculiarities of their respective services. Before using the BTC faucet, please review the list of recommended wallets. All essential information and a list of supported wallets can be found on BestChange.com in the section titled ‘What crypto wallets can be used?’ Have fun collecting Satoshi!
  17. Why don’t cash exchange offers have fixed rates? This is a characteristic feature of cash exchanges. They cannot take place without a meeting, as money must be physically exchanged, and a meeting requires additional coordination, such as agreeing on the time and location. As a result, the exchange rate is not fixed at the moment you create the order. While you are finalizing the details with the exchanger, the rate may change, and potentially not in the way that you might enjoy. For cash exchanges, the rate displayed on the monitoring platform is indicative, not final. The actual rate will be determined later, and the conditions for this will be outlined in an email you receive after placing your order. Be sure to read it carefully to understand the exchange process and how the rate will be calculated if market conditions change. Please keep in mind: you will never see the ‘Floating Rate’ sign in cash-based exchange options. That’s not an error—it simply reflects the real workflow for handling cash exchange orders. Always take this into account when choosing an offer and confirm the specifics with the exchange service.
  18. “If only I got paid for giving advice…” Well, with BestChange—you do! Simply share what you already use and love—and earn bonuses for it Join the referral program here: https://www.bestchange.com/partner/
  19. What can you do if you make a mistake while sending your funds to the exchanger? Quick answer: don’t panic. Funds are often sent to an incorrect recipient due to a technical issue or a human error. If you find yourself in a similar situation, immediately contact two support services: - The exchanger’s support service; - The support service of BestChange, since you have discovered the exchanger in our directory. You can reach out to our support service via the feedback form on the Contacts page of our website. To help us address the issue, please provide the following details: ● Screenshots of your orders and receipts; ● Your transaction’s hash; ● Other data that you find relevant. Please note: we do not provide technical support via social media. Email is the only channel our managers use for customer communications. Hope you’ll never need to address an issue like that, but if you do, let it resolve quickly and fortunately!
  20. How can I find out which amount of the source currency I have to sell to receive the desired amount in the target currency? Please use the Calculator on our website to determine the amount of the source currency required to obtain the desired amount of the target currency as a result of the exchange. Here is a quick guide to using the BestChange currency calculator: ● Choose the trading pair in the left sidebar on BestChange by clicking on the desired currency names. For example, you want to “Give” your Ethereum (ETH) away and “Get” some Bitcoin (BTC) in exchange; ● Open the “Calculator” tab in the central part of the page; ● Check “Get”; ● Enter the desired amount in the corresponding field; ● Click on “Calculate.” Once you complete these steps, you will see how much Ethereum (ETH) you must sell to receive the desired amount in Bitcoin (BTC). Why are some of the exchange offers lighter in color? While using the Calculator, you may notice exchangers and their offers displayed in light gray. There are two reasons for it: - The exchanger’s reserves of the chosen currency are insufficient to exchange the amount you typed in the Calculator. - The exchanger sets the limits for the minimum and maximum amount that can be exchanged within one order; the amount you entered in the Calculator falls outside the allowed range.
  21. What can I do if I can’t find the currency I need on BestChange? To keep BestChange user-friendly and convenient, we list all the most popular currencies on our website. Additionally, we constantly update the list of currencies and add new coins and payment systems. If the currency you want to sell or buy is not present on BestChange, the current demand for it is low, or none of the listed exchangers works with it. However, the situation can change, so you might want to check back later. You can also use the Feedback Form to suggest a currency you want to add to our directory. We will check if it is possible to add it and contact you.
  22. Why do exchanges involving cash have no fixed rates? 1. It takes time to elaborate the details Cash exchanges always involve a lengthy process of agreeing upon the conditions of the exchange, as well as the date, time, and location of the in-person meeting. 2. Exchange rates are fluctuating When creating an order, a customer receives information about the current exchange rate. However, the exchange rate can suddenly go up or down, changing considerably. Customers can also calculate the exact amount they will receive, if necessary. 3. The Floating Exchange Rate sign is not applicable Cash exchanges will not be marked with a Floating Exchange Rate sign. Instead, detailed information about the time and conditions for fixing the exchange rate and how it can be recalculated must be provided in the email confirming the cash exchange order. 4. The Floating Exchange Rate is only applicable to non-cash exchanges Please make sure you take this into account when looking for a cash exchange offer. For other exchange types, the Floating Exchange Rate sign is applied in the usual way. You can learn more about our signs in this guide.
  23. Exchange Rate Alerts at BestChange This tool sends immediate alerts about the chosen currencies' exchange rates and available reserves. It can help you discover a service listed on BestChange that can exchange your funds on the conditions you find optimal. Exchange Rate Alerts can be especially helpful when: ● You find an exchanger offering an appealing rate, but its reserves are insufficient to fulfill your order; ● Your exchange is not urgent, and you want to find the best exchange rate possible; ● You can't find any exchange options for the chosen trading pair, so you want to be notified if/when one appears; ● You own an exchanger and want to stay informed about the exchange rates your competitors offer. You can choose to receive Exchange Rate Alerts via email or a Telegram bot. Depending on your choice, remember to subscribe to our bot or add our robot’s email address to your contact list to ensure your anti-spam system does not block its message: ● Email: noreply@bestchange.com ● Telegram: @bestchange_bot Please note: This is a no-reply email, so please do not use it to contact us. You can reach out to the BestChange Support Service only at support@bestchange.com
  24. BestChange has a Calculator that can help you determine the amount in the source currency you must sell to buy a desired amount in the target currency. To use the Calculator, follow the simple steps: ● Choose the trading pair in the panel on the left. E.g., you are selling Bitcoin (BTC) and buying Tether (USDT); ● Click on the CALCULATOR TAB above the exchange rates in the central area; ● Click on GET; ● Enter the desired amount into the field; ● Click on CALCULATE. The Calculator will show the amount of Bitcoins (BTC) you must sell to buy the desired amount in Tether (USDT). While using the Calculator, you may notice some exchange options that are displayed in light gray. It happens in the following cases: - An exchanger's reserve of the chosen currency is insufficient to exchange the amount you typed in the Calculator. - An exchanger has set minimum and maximum amounts for a single order; the amount you typed in the Calculator does not fall within the allowed range. Let all your exchanges be profitable!
