To gain more traffic get good PR backlinks and hold contests and make a list of emails of users and send them promotional emails regularly , dont spam your site and soon you will get good traffic .

I know this site pays well but we needs loads of US , UK traffic to get paid better and this works as charm on PTC (paid to click ) site mainly.
