  1. good reputation, good trading conditions, popularity is a factor, very solid regulations. i trade hfm they okay, there is no one best broker, they all are good and have their pros and cons, avoid unknown brokers and unregulated ones. especially brokers with bad rep
  2. becarefull of these no deposit bonuses, not all are in you advantage, though im not sure if HFM still offers a 30 no deposit, these most of the time are simply used to test the live markets. and i usualy trade with no bonuses
  3. its most probably the provider, but if u find the work around it should be fine without going through a vpn, most isp providers just try to block the main domain address, and not everything.
  4. im only using a standard premium account which works fine for me, depending on your plan and trading style and what u want to achieve really. better try a basic comparison of accounts and check what would work with your trading style the most.
  5. what currency to pair? if all else fails, then stick with major pairs, that the first pairs i traded on hfm, eurusd gbpusd eurgbp, usdjpy is aright too. just study them their charts and news revolving around them dont overwhelm ur self with other pairs especially exotic ones. haha
  6. fundamentals relies more on sentiments, like news and events that happens that might affect the currency you are wanting to trade, that way it gives you signs to generate conclusions to be base your next trade on.. on the other technical relies on studies of charts and support and resistance and price actions. the things you see people drawing and generating their conclusions on a chart trying to figure out the next move. well its okay to understand both if you ask me take a bit from both before making a trade, and its okay to specialize on on over the other, both methods are actually a learning process that would help us trades make good trades.
  7. deposit and withdrawal methods offered, that another thing, recenelty hfm started offering e-wallet withdrawals and deposits which is really big for us in south east asia, to avoid conversion rates with hits us hard
  8. they are in the market for 14 years now. thats a good mile stone, and they continue to excel. well done
  9. speaking of bit coin, its doing some crazy moves as of late, will it break the 100k mark this year, but its back to 65 this week lets see. maybe brokers will adapt crypto again. but yeah hotforex of hf markets is really a good broker
  10. scalping if done correctly is the easiest way to make good money, I do scalp but not that heavy volume of trades on hfm. but its true, though ones need the discipline and diamond hands for it,
  11. you can start with as low as 5-50 (if my memory serves me right that should be the minimum at hfm which i trade with) but before u decide to go live, I suggest learning about forex first, babypips.com has a good free crash course about forex that should help you a lot.
  12. I trade at hfm i believe there is a 30 no deposit bonus, but yes one need to understand the term that comes with it to avoid the confusion.
  13. thats a possibility, haha but over all the branding is a marketing move, and a positive one at that, makes it easier to remember.
  14. im not sure if the crypto option is still viable, with how critical crypto is doing I guess its better to avoid holding them for now, till we see a cleare direction for when this bear market ends. but for now other options for funding are available anyway. im astick with fiat :)
  15. FHM has good spreads for scalping if thats what you are looking for. you can look into lmfx as well its another good broker as well.
