I got Google search and member complaint it is a scam site and upgrade member price is $99, is too high, so i not recommend to join the site, and you can check some member comment ,don't waste time if the site don't paying member. And this will be strange because the site is not so new so the payment proof should be all over. But again for a ptr to offer a rate as high as 1 cent/mail after giving a bonus as huge as $5.
