Our team is currently searching for IVR software to help organize incoming calls a bit better. Right now calls just go directly to whoever is available, and it’s becoming messy as the number of inquiries grows. What we’re looking for is something simple where we can create a small menu (like “press 1 for sales, press 2 for support”), route calls to specific team members, and maybe track some basic call statistics. Nothing overly enterprise-level, just something stable and easy to manage. If anyone has recommendations or can share what solution your team uses, I’d really appreciate hearing about it.

We had a pretty similar situation in our company about a year ago. Our support team kept growing and manually transferring calls became inefficient, especially during busy hours. While researching different tools and reading through reviews, I eventually came across a platform here that seemed simple enough for our needs, so we decided to test it for a few weeks.

What I liked most was how easy it was to create the IVR menu and adjust call routing without needing technical knowledge. We set up separate options for sales, billing, and support, and now callers are directed to the right person almost immediately. It also helped reduce missed calls because the routing is much more organized than before. Overall it made a noticeable difference in how smoothly our phone support runs.
