ermaniso2011 Posted January 22, 2012 Share Posted January 22, 2012 the only and biggest problem with figfx is for some reason they dont offer live chat.and that is the part l hate.l m already a verifed customer with them.when l make deposit via moneybookers then the withdrawal option is only liberyreserve.then l send them an e-mail to ask the reason.their answer is maybe you are not yet verified,then l asked what is maybe? cant you not see it writes there that it is fully verified.l send maybe 10 times to ask for the reason and the answer is always same MAYBE YOUR ACCOUNT IS NOT YET VERIFIED PLEASE CHECK FIRST IF YOU ARE VERIFIED :)l stop trading with them already.
