Hi everyone,

I’ve been trying to use the official online portal to track my application progress, but I keep running into issues. I’m not sure if it’s a technical glitch or if I’m just missing something. Can anyone explain how to properly perform a SASSA status check using the portal?

I’ve followed the basic steps but still don’t see updated information. Is there a specific time or day it works best? Any tips or advice from someone who’s successfully used the platform would be greatly appreciated.
