Based on my experience they definitely are reliable, I have a Raw account with them and the spreads are pretty tight though the day, withdrawals have been pretty quick as well. I worked with the Amarkets broker, they did not have particularly cool licenses, but it was quite profitable to work, which I was pleased with. Their raw ecn spreads are some of the tightest out there (at least in the major pairs- Averages 0 for most part of the day in EURUSD) with minimum slippages and faster execution speed.
