it seems that OKpay want to fight againts the frauder without need to make their place to earn money like HYIP not accepted by them

What is AML?

Money laundering refers to the process of concealing the source of legally and illegally and grey area obtained monies. The methods by which money may be laundered are varied and can range in sophistication. OKPAY Money Laundering Prevention Policy.

What is the purpose of verification?

In order to prevent money laundering, any potential illegal activities (fraud, scam, phishing, etc.) and in according with the Terms of Service OKPAY Security Specialists may request to confirm identity of the account holder or a recent transaction.

How to complete verification procedures?

In accordance with the basic KYC policy any financial organization can request to explain the source of funds in the account and the purpose of the transaction(s). In most cases completing basic account verification or providing additional high-resolution documents scans (or statements and receipts to confirm the operation) will be enough.

Why there is a suspicion in illegal activity?

As many of you know, the internet is a precarious space and you always have to be on your guard no matter what. There is always a risk to face with the money laundering cases, scam, fraud, phishing as a serious and reliable financial institution OKPAY is making all necessary efforts to prevent, fight and resolve these cases and to keep them at the lowest possible minimum.

Why can I encounter with the “OKPAY is scam” information?

As we have already stated our policy in relation to any illegal activity (scam, fraud, phishing, money laundering) is very strict. We value and protect our honest and decent customers; we do not tolerate the violation of the safety and rights of the OKPAY Community.

Therefore all sorts of hackers, scammers and fraudsters that got banned by the Security Service are trying to compromise and falsify the information and spreading various rumors about "okpay is scam", "okpay is closing", etc. These rumors are without any foundation and are aimed only at discrediting the name of the Company.

How should I react to this kind of information?

Many of that kind of spam emails or forum messages may contain spyware, viruses and links to phishing resources. We recommend you to avoid and ignore this information to keep your computer and account safety at the appropriate level.

All important and up to date information can be found nowhere else but on OKPAY website.

Virtual credit card? hmm i don't know too much about this things before but at least i think this one is a good feature from them that we can try

Make online purchases with confidence - use OKPAY Virtual Debit Card!

4/17/2012

OKPAY Debit Card is getting a unique upgrade - you can now easily order one or several virtual cards in addition to the regular plastic Debit Card. Virtual debit card is a great way to createsecure and convenient payment source over the internet. Use the OKPAY Debit Card to pay on a prepaid credit basis on the Internet everywhere where MasterCard® is accepted: you will get a regular card number, CVV code and expiration dates - all card credentials except there will be no actual plastic. It’s easy, fast and secure payment source.

What are the benefits of virtual cards?

Main benefits of the virtual cards are fast issuing and a layer of additional protection for a nominal fee.

Temporary card number you receive and use for a one time or several purchases is useless to hackers. Even if the card number will become uncovered it will not be useful as it most likely won't have available funds. At the same time when you will be ready to make another purchase you can easily transfer funds to your debit card.

The virtual card will have a spending limit (prepaid amount or the amount that you will transfer to the card from your OKPAY account balance), that reflects the purchase you intend to make, your OKPAY account balance is not affected when you make online card payments. The virtual card number does not lead to your real credit card numbers or bank accounts associated with it.

Using a virtual card for online purchases does not expose you to the risk of identity theft which is a major problem in the marketplace nowadays. It only takes a few days to generate and receive a virtual card number that can be used for purchases as a valid card over the internet.

Any online payments made by OKPAY Debit Card are absolutely free of charge - 0%.

Obtaining a virtual card

On the debit card order page select a virtual card option. Specify the card validity period in month. OKPAY virtual cards are rechargeable thus can be loaded from your OKPAY eWallet. Virtual cards require much less time to process and issue and are delivered to you by email. A new virtual card number you receive can be immediately used for an online purchase.

Automatic deposit 24/7

Automatic deposit option allows to topup debit card 24/7 within a few minutes for an additional fee of $2 USD. Maximum daily total transfer amount is $3000 USD.

OKPAY Debit Card is safe, simple, secure and accepted at over 33 million MasterCard® merchant locations worldwide. OKPAY - manage your funds with ease and confidence!

Just like paypal that you can send in paypal personal transfer and you can't file any dispute unless you really have some heavy reasons like you been hacked etc.

In Okpay theirs a time period that after that time period if theirs no disputes filed just like paypal also the fund you send can't be reverse.

In short theirs a way that you can receive funds that is excretory theirs also way that you can file dispute.

I decided to stop using AP and Okpay right now. Since its really cost me to transfer my funds to cash. If I want to earn money online I will just going to concentrate now in pp and in LR earning. Because this two payment processors are the best processor in term of low fees. Unlike in okpay that I will going to pay 15 dollars to withdraw in PP its only 1.20 dollars maximum fee.

Yeah. If they wanted their payment processor to be used by everyone, they must lower their fees because not all online earners has big income over the internet so it would be fair enough for those small earners to have low fees and that would increase their members as well since they do have good service features.

We have made several noticeable interface and functionality improvements to OKPAY accounts making our innovative payment system even more flexible.

wallet-balance.jpg

Real-time Balance Display

OKPAY Wallet balance updates are now displayed next to each operation. This means you can see, not only your current wallet balance, but also the way the balance changes with each operation. Check the rightmost "Balance" column on the My Account.

This will allow you to check the backdated balance as well. Tracking the balance is more convenient this way: you do not need to manually calculate balance changes, the system will automatically display balance updates of wallet currencies before and after any operation.

wallet-filters.jpg

Multi-Wallet Highlights and Filters

This update is extremely handy for those having several wallets in OKPAY. Operations of each of your OKPAY wallets will be highlighted with a color of your choice allowing easy and quick navigation through your transaction list. Additionally, this list can be filtered to show only certain wallets - just check or uncheck corresponding wallets on the My Account page.

operations-export.jpg

Improved Transactions Export

Introducing updated transaction history search and export feature for financial analysis and accounting. To get a list of transactions, select the desired timeframe and parameters then choose export format (CSV or XML). It will take some time to process your request (depends on the volume of transactions in your account) in the end you will find a download link. If you do not want to wait until the link is generated and displayed on screen, you can close the window as it will also be emailed to your address.

it seems there are some improvement that people will feel with this payment processors and i hope they come up with many good surprises later for us here.

In term of features its look better than AP now and since as I said before okpay is just like payza also. Even in fees they are almost the same. I guess If you are a fan of payza you will also going to like using okpay and even going to use okpay more because of its better graphics and features.

For me, i must say that every body has his or her own way of running business. Especially to a fund system like this. They are in a competative field, whereby everyone of them wants to be best, so there's no how they will be the same or run the same way. I love this system so much, but just for getting my bucks because it seems so easy to me, though the fee seems very high. Well, it is a good payment system with it's features which they had used to manage it so far for many transactions.

i think in the terms of accepting many kind of online bussiness this payment processors doing well, from what i see they accepted mostly kind of online bussiness even HYIP or Adult Industry, but not something like drugs, but before you did that thing you must ask for them first :D

Link to comment

I don't see a hyip site that accept okpay yet and I'm not into adult industry so I don't know if its use in adult sites or not. But one thing I'm sure If payza does not try to be aggressive payza will going to be second to okpay. Because okpay is really aggressive in promoting itself. In fact two years ago okpay is not a common processor. Now you can see okpay in forex broker sites and other sites.

you can check in your account about that things, and you are right, but so far i still see that payza still not defeated by okpay for now, let us see like what it will be but if Okpay can do the best thing for this years and expand their bussiness i am sure they will gain more popularity and even close to Payza

Not yet but I will not be surprise if after 5 years they will. Just look at LR. six years ago LR is just a small processor that is only popular in hyip and unknown to other industry. Now LR is used in broker sites, in ptc sites and in other online industries and the best part is that LR now has overtake AP or payza in term of popularity.

for long term we still cannot say about that things, who know if that payza will give something good for us, and okpay for now still growing, but i still not prefer to use them for now, even i still have untouched bucks in this payment processor.

Right now I don't use both. But one thing I'm sure. Once theirs one of this two processors going to lower its withdrawal fees I'm sure I'm going to use that to withdraw my funds. Because the only reason why I don't use any of this two processor is that this two processors has high fees in term of withdrawals. But if only they can lower the fee.

Exactly. I haven't use ok-pay because of the high fees it offers as well as payza. I want a payment processor that has low fees with great service for withdrawal and I am only satisfied with paypal. But paypal is not commonly used in online programs so I don't have funds in PP. If okpay would offer a very low withdrawal fees then I will really go for it.
