We can use demo account for backtest trading strategy, before trading in real account. For beginners demo account very useful, trading in real account is harder compared in demo account, however still good to make early preparation practice in demo account to develop good habit trading.

For now, there are many brokers available on forex, all that remains for traders is to choose the right and appropriate broker. This is done so that trading can be smooth and safe. As I want to ask you, is FXOpen regulated and safe for traders?

Practice trading without risking real money: A demo account allows you to simulate the experience of trading in the real market without risking any actual money. This is especially useful for beginners who are just starting to learn about forex trading.

Test trading strategies: You can use a demo account to test different trading strategies and see how they perform in a simulated environment. This can help you identify which strategies are most effective and refine your approach to trading.

Learn about market conditions: Demo trading allows you to experience different market conditions and see how they affect your trading results. This can help you develop a better understanding of the market and improve your decision-making skills.

Familiarize yourself with trading platforms: Demo trading allows you to become familiar with the trading platform and the tools and features it offers. This can help you trade more efficiently and confidently when you start using a real account.

Gain confidence: Using a demo account can help you gain confidence in your trading abilities and develop a disciplined approach to trading. This can be invaluable when you start trading with real money, as it can help you manage risk and make more informed trading decisions.

The ability to use a demo account is quite helpful for traders since it allows them to practise their strategies before engaging in live trading.

For beginners looking for good broker I suggest Avatrade or FP Markets because they also offer educational materials.

Some traders maybe like to use expert advisors to automate their trading without human intervention, before using ea in a real and live accounts, they need to forward test using a demo account first, it indeed takes a time, however, if ea works well it will possibly make good trading in real account too.

Yes, a demo account is free without any risk, and is sometimes used by experienced traders to make backtest trading before applying in the real trading account, sometimes I use demo ECN FXOpen to backtest a trading strategy.

Have you ever experienced the difference in graphics between a demo account and a real account like InstaForex?

It is possible there are different charts between demo and real-life trading because of the different servers, in addition, the broker is a dealing desk broker, trading with this company you may face some issues like profit canceled, account blocked when withdrawing money with reason account detected by antifraud department make cheating, etc.

Not sure about it however these demo accounts are offered by the brokers to test the real time trading environment without taking risks of investing any money with them. Once you have tested how these brokers' trading platforms work you can fund the live trading account to make trades.
