Long term trading can provide more profitability when it is also dealing with higher trading risks. Generally, due to long-term nature of the investment, more attention has to be given to the investment, as long as with the expectation of good returns. Thereby when a trader tries to work with long term horizon he must be careful in using risk management to ensure his wealth position protected.
