I want to know what my chance are if i verify my paypal account with virtual card? Do i stand the chance of getting my account limited? Guest Posted March 6, 2011 Share Posted March 6, 2011 the vcc is offered at higher price here, I think so, mostly paypal account users need to verify their account with vcc, when they can't get credit cards from their local banks, but verification is must for transactions, paypal can limit accounts verified through vcc anytime, so vcc must not be so costly to buy.
