Namely: System of the auction Sberbank nuclear heating plant, Uniform electronic trading platform, All-Russian system of electronic trading, Electronic platform of Russia, Goszakupki Electronic trading platform. Auktsina pass on 44-FZ (to the 44th federal law) of April 5, 2013 according to which all budgetary establishments are obliged to carry out purchases only on electronic trading platforms through open auctions.
