Plans looks quite attractive though i feel only first plan is affordable for most having 10$ minimum and no other plan has minimum invest less than 500$ - not many are going to join other plans until the program is able give exceptional performance. ROI is quite reasonable and will help this program stay quite longer term. First day of the program and it has been listed only many leading monitors already - looks admin plans bigger so good opportunity to earn with this one. However, the referral commission strikes me as being too low indeed. promoters won't be evry keen about this one because they earn only 2.15% and it's not like it's a multi-tier affiliate or anything. Thus it should be too high at 5-10% daily plan. There are also max. investment 500$, the ref commission is also poor at 2.15% same as rate. But it seems to be active, trusted admin's site.
