This is a community project started by a member of EMS, with the aim of providing community-run up-to-date information about all the PTC sites around the Internet. Currently the site has database of 285 PTC sites, and you're able to add more sites without registration. They also will share some of the ad revenue with the registered members who contribute to the database with new sites, new comments, reviews etc...

Sites like PTC-I and ScamCover are nice, but there's only so much that they can check. Visit http://www.ptcrankings.net/ to view the site and leave some reviews or comments of some sites.
