Yoga is a very useful for anger management. It enables a person to remain calm at all times and mentally get rid of all negative issues. It has also been claimed that eating chocolates is very good to surpress anger, though I never tried it yet. Whenever I am angry, I just try not to fink about it and start to fink of somthing else, or simply I just ignore the matter. Most of the time, this works for me.

People have different means of dealing with stress and anger. Some people resort to shopping, some to eating, some to meditation, some to other dangerous actions. Personally, I like to listen to music. The type of music even varies from time to time. There are times when I prefer to listen to loud rock music, Limpbizkit for example especially since they have anger and angst-filled lyrics. There are also times when I would listen to calming music such as the music of Norah Jones. I think you should try different methods, observe, then choose the best one that works for you.

Some simple steps you can try:

  • Breathe deeply, from your diaphragm; breathing from your chest won't relax you. Picture your breath coming up from your "gut."

  • Slowly repeat a calm word or phrase such as "relax," "take it easy." Repeat it to yourself while breathing deeply.

  • Use imagery; visualize a relaxing experience, from either your memory or your imagination.

  • Nonstrenuous, slow yoga-like exercises can relax your muscles and make you feel much calmer.

Practice these techniques daily. Learn to use them automatically when you're in a tense situation.

There are different ways to deal with anger. I don't know if this will help you but I will tell you about my version. I started having outbursts of unmotivated aggression due to difficulties at work. The usual sedatives didn't help me calm down. Then my friend advised me to start playing poker. I was surprised. No, perhaps I was shocked by this proposal but did not see any reason to completely abandon the idea. What was the point? It's simple. I chose no bonus casino for a test of strength so as not to spend real money. I was stupid and awkward like every newbie. I provoked anger more and more. It helped me that I was playing in online casinos and did not see people around. Poker is a very interesting game. It requires attention and restraint. This fascinated me and I began to learn to control myself. Poker face and so on)) I can call myself a professional player since two years have passed. Do you want to walk my path?
