I dont think there should be reason to panic.Most HYIPs have good days and bad days.AC is still ranked high and its still paying.

0.0005$ click rate for referrals is really really low.Most sites offer 0.0010 for ref clicks.Better sites even offer 0.0025$ for refs.I think the owner of this website didnt really think to make good offer.

You cant witdraw money to a bank account and you need a credit card.But for many people paypal is only option
