Method:
Blend the cucumber for about 60 seconds. It doesn’t have to be completely smooth, but it should be free of large chunks.
Then Place a strainer on top of a bowl, squeeze out the juice. Carefully pour the juice into glass. Add Lemon juice and pink salt and Garnish with lemon slices.
