  1. The main factors to consider while choosing a broker are regulation and reviews from other traders. For example, I trade with FP Markets now because they are an older broker with regulation from ASIC and they have many positive reviews from other traders.
  2. It is better to avoid trading with brokers that provide bonuses because bonus brokers have a catch to obtain the bonus, and some use it as a method to scam and lure in new traders. Using regulated brokers such as CMC or FP Markets is a better option because they have regulation from govt bodies and provide robust trading conditions.
  3. Choosing a regulated broker is better because most regulated brokers are not scammers or manipulate your trades. Using a regulated broker is an advantage because they are under a government body that helps traders when they are scammed and helps recover the invested capital. If you are looking for regulated brokers, I recommend CMC, ICM, and FP Markets because they are regulated by ASIC, CYSEC, and also have offshore licences.
  4. I have not traded using a free robot but would like to know if anyone here has traded them and how their experience is with them because most traders claim they are scammers and unreliable.
  5. It is important for traders to keep their emotion in control when trading in forex because it can often lead to very difficult consequences. It pushes us to thoughtless risk and thus, we lose either a major or minor profit.
  6. I currently trade with FP Markets. It is an Australian broker with ASIC and CYSEC regulation. I recommend trading with them since their commission costs are some of the lowest, with tighter spreads and faster execution speed.
  7. For me, the best suitable broker is FP Markets. I mostly scalp, and their fast execution speed with tight spreads and lower slippage is perfect for scalping.
  8. I currently use the MT4 mostly to have Real-Time Access to Market Prices and Liquidity, and it is easier to use than the MT5, which is a bit complicating and not as flexible as the MT4.
  9. Yes, using a small capital to invest is good because the risk involved does not affect the traders' emotions and a few loss doesn't make a difference in the trades.
  10. I currently trade with ICM, and I have no complaints regarding the broker because it has good trading conditions and spreads to offer. There is also another broker, FP Markets, which I feel similar to FP Markets. Has anyone traded with them would know if they have the same trading conditions as ICM because I'm looking to open a new account with another broker and would like to know if I should consider FP markets?
  11. Yes, I have traded with ICM and currently trading with FP Markets, their spreads are similar, but FP Markets has an advantage by providing lower slippage and commission cost than ICM.
  12. For the best education, I would say Demo trading is the best because traders can trade without risk and learn about the forex markets and platforms.
  13. I'm looking for a broker to start trading live. Any recommendations on a trustable broker since I'm a beginner?
  14. How can one identify which broker is right for trading in forex?
