This info is very useful! Thanks! I only drink about 4 cups of water a day. I thought it was okay, but after I read it, I realized I was wrong. I was always doing any activity at work and at home, I was not aware that I had to take more attention to water consumption. How much is recommended for consumption per day?

It’s an interesting topic, I usually consume celery in soups and sometimes my family use it for typical meals. I didn’t know it had so many properties that would help the body and stimulate the immune system.

Currently, my hobby is reading books, watching series in netflix and play PS4. Then when I go back to work I will only continue reading books and watch series in netflix for lack of time.
