Just wondering when I try to use pm I receive this "[#10227] You are not allowed to use the private messaging system. " May I know why I can't use pm? Did I make another violations? And can you update my warning bar level also? I tried to follow the rules of DMT as much as possible since I receive a warning and I'm just conscious about it. thank you.
